The most noticeable thing about Fasol Menin's new packaging is that each wine is now distinctively coloured and named so as to highlight their differences. The new designs for the Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Brut and Extra Dry versions are particularly worthy of note: Cama, the Brut, has a blue foil top coloured to match the painting by Bertazzon which adorns the label. Leonte, the Extra Dry, has a red foil top matching the red of the chameleon on the label. The rear label carries a description of the wine in three languages, the year of harvest and the date and place of bottling.
Both wines carry the distinctive seal certifying the State guarantee applied since April 2010 to Valdobbiadene DOCG.
The winery have also introduced a striking collection of 80 numbered foil tops which when correctly assembled make up a colourful picture showing the famous chameleon which symbolises the winery. This completely original idea has been received with great enthusiasm and many collectors have already contacted the winery to find out more.
