Our History Genuine love for the vines is often deeply rooted in tradition. Families who have been bound to their land and the infinite seasons for generations find their strength in a passion that has been nurtured over time.

 

But this isn't always the way. Sometimes even greater passion can come from a dream. Before 2000 the The Fasol Menin winery was a dream, the dream of two successful business and IT consultants, husband and wife Silvana and Massimo de Nardo. The couple decided to make a complete change and leave behind their successful city lives (full of international travel) to create a unique winery in the heart of the Valdobbiadene hills.

 

They, just like the chameleon they have chosen to symbolise their new adventure, adapt to fit perfectly into any environment. The winery is designed to be welcoming with large open spaces and warm wood and brickwork. It's surrounded by the Valdobbiadene DOCG vines, lovingly cared for through every phase, from the first shoots through to harvest, so as to guarantee the finest quality.
