We are committed to protecting your privacy whenever you visit and use our website.
What information do you hold about me?: If you have signed up for our newsletter, entered a competition, or sent us an e-mail query, you have given us your email address and possibly your name as well.
If you have placed an order with us or created an account with us, you will have given us your name and address details, and possibly your credit card information.
How is this information used?: If you send us an e-mail query, your details are not used for any other purpose other than answering your query.
If you enter a competition, you are given the option of receiving our newsletter as well, if you choose not to receive this - then you won't!
Obviously, if you win a competition, we will contact you using the information you have given. The first name and home town of competition winners are normally posted on our website - we shall seek your permission for this before any information is posted.
When we receive comments about our service we will normally publish them on our site, using only your initials and home town. Should you wish these comments to be removed, please let us know at once.
We will send out regular newsletters and occasional additional 'company information' emails. If you do not want to receive these e-mails, simply choose the 'Unsubscribe' option in the 'Your Account' page - this will automatically stop any more newsletters being sent to you....
If you have subscribed to our newsletters, but you do not have an account with us, simply choose the 'Unsubscribe' option on the main page and follow the unsubscribe information given, or alternatively, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the foot of each e-mail newsletter.
If you have placed an order with us, in addition to a confirmation e-mail , we shall send you an email informing you of the status of your order - or if the status has changed - for example, we shall tell you when your order has been dispatched.
Cookies Cookies are small amounts of data sent to your web browser by a web server. Our cookies keep track of the items in your shopping basket and act as place markers when you move around the site.
We may also be able to use a cookie to tell when you last visited and who you are if you are visiting from the same computer and have an account with us - (it is the use of cookies that allows our website to greet you by name when you visit).

Your credit card information For your increased security (and our peace of mind!) Fasol Menin (UK) does not collect or store customers credit card information - this is collected using the Paypal ePayments system Facility. For further information about this, please visit Paypal Services.
Who Else Will See Your Information?: For the sole purpose of completing your order, we have to pass some of your information to service suppliers (other companies). These are - Royal Mail, Paypal, and our Distributors and parcel courier services. The information passed to these companies is used only for the purpose of completing your order - e.g. delivering your order!
