The Winery
The Cantina Fasol Menin is a welcoming building with warm woodwork and brick designed and built in the heart of Valdobbiadene by husband and wife Silvana and Massimo de Nardo. The symbol they have chosen to represent their new adventure, drawn by their friend the artist Roberto Bertazzon, is a chameleon. This master of camouflage serves as a reminder of both the versatility of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene and the ability of man to adapt to whatever situation life offers.

And Silvana and Massimo know a little about change as they swapped a successful jet-set life as business and IT consultants for the unpredictable world of wine-growing. What makes the Cantina Fasol Menin truly special is that it has been designed along the lines of wineries in Australia and California in order to be as welcoming as possible to visitors.
